Return Policy on all faulty products

All our products are of the highest standards available on the market. All products we sell are backed by our 60 day returns policy if they are faulty or not operating as per manufacturer specifications.  (excluding Lingerie. See below for our lingerie return policy)

If you have a faulty product please contact us to help you resolve the issue and provide clear instructions on the best way to help with your product or return. 

You may like to try the following common troubleshooting tips. 
* Check to make sure the batteries you have used are compatible, have charge and inserted correctly.
* Hold the power button for 3-5 seconds and see if it has turned on.
* Check to see if the travel lock is turned on, press multiple buttons if there are more then one to deactivate or read the manufactures instructions attached with the product. 
  If the product is rechargeable 
* Make sure it has been fully charged, 
* Check to see if there is a light or vibration to let you know that the charger has been inserted correctly. 
* If the charging cable is a USB cable try using a different charging block or outlet. 

Change of mind Policy 

Please choose your product carefully. Due to health, hygiene and safety we can NOT return or exchange products for the following reasons 
* Change of mind.
* Ordered the wrong product.
* Not happy with the style/colour you chose.
* Not happy with the performance of the product.

Lingerie and clothing returns policy 

We offer a 60 days replacement policy on all faulty clothing and lingerie.

Please contact us to arrange your product to be returned.

Please read and follow the care instructions carefully as we can not offer refunds or returns on products that have been incorrectly cared for or laundered.

We offer an exchange or store credit if the garment does not fit or the style is not to your taste.
Please note the garment must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return or exchange. 

* All labels are to be still attached to the product.
* Products are to be returned in the original undamaged box (where applicable).
* The product must not have been worn (except to try on for size). 
* The product must not be damaged or soiled. 
* The product must not be altered in any way.

* your name and purchase details (invoice / order number)
* reason for returning the product 
* as much of the original packaging as you can find

Please make sure your product is being returned in a condition that can be handled by our staff with dignity. 
Normal Postage fees apply on all non faulty returns.
